Eastern Shore Senior Care Solutions is committed to optimize the clients, families and caregivers Quality of Life.  Through a holistic client/family centered approach, together we look to maximize health, promote wellness and foster independence.   Eastern Shore Senior Care was developed by Deborah Finger after spending the past four years caring for her parents as they journeyed through Alzheimers and cancer.  Her observations of seeing senior patients unattended during healthcare visits helped her to recognize a need for support and advocacy on their part.  Deborah has over forty years of nursing experience which includes critical care, home infusion therapy, care coordination, management and teaching. Her ability to advocate within the healthcare system, conduct assessments, identify needs, develop a plan of care, implement care coordination and act as a liaison for families at a distant are done with compassion and care for all.  Deborah is a member of the Case Management Society of America and the National End of Life Doula Alliance.

Loving Care

Eastern Shore Senior Care Solutions works to provide loving compassionate care for your loved one.  Being an adult child, caring for my parents has been one of the most rewarding and challenging times of my life.  Managing their care from Syracuse NY was overwhelming so the decision and ability to move closer was made.  And even then, having a support system was crucial to be able to navigate along with them as my mom had increasing dementia and then developed lung cancer.  Advocating for what she would want and what was in her best interest was particularly challenging.  Having the discussions and completing Advanced Directives are crucial to the process of supporting patients and families on this journey.
